Lavender Bath Tea Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1/2 cup dried lavender buds
* 1 quart boiling water
* Cheesecloth or old thin cotton cloth (like an old t-shirt piece)
* Optional: 1 tbsp honey, 10 drops chamomile essential oil
Instructions:
1. Place lavender buds in center of cheesecloth/cotton square.
2. Gather edges, tie with string to create pouch.
3. Steep pouch in boiling water for 5-7 mins.
4. Remove pouch, squeeze gentle excess into water.
5. Add honey/chamomile oil (if using), pour into bath.
